appreciation of salad

Thought I'd write up my salad I'm having for lunch:

red leaf butter lettuce
thinly sliced Ambrosia apples (my current fav)
thinly sliced Dubliner cheese
dried tart cherries
s&p
red wine vinegar
olive oil, e.v.

I like it so much I might even have it for dinner.
